本次教学,从副词入手。让孩子意识到,“副词(ADVERBS)”的作用,是为了告诉我们“一个动作是怎样的”。
妈妈可以对孩子说:你看看下面两句话,把不一样的单词涂上颜色。
A snail moves.
A snail moves slowly.
等孩子把 slowly 涂上荧光笔,妈妈说:你看第一个句子,只是说“蜗牛爬”,但是没告诉我们蜗牛怎么样在爬;而第二句说“蜗牛慢慢爬”,我们一下子就能想象蜗牛慢慢腾腾爬行的样子。荧光笔单词 slowly 用来告诉我们一个动作是怎样的,我们就把荧光笔单词,叫作“副词”。
接下来,孩子拿着荧光笔,听妈妈念下列四组口诀:
The dog is barking. 狗在汪汪叫。怎么样的汪汪叫呢?
The dog is barking loudly. 狗在大声地汪汪叫。把“大声地”划上荧光笔。
The baby is sleeping. 婴儿在睡觉。睡得怎么样呢?
The baby is sleeping soundly. 婴儿睡得熟熟地。把“熟熟地”划上荧光笔。
It is raining. 天在下雨。雨下的怎么样呢?
It is raining heavily. 雨下的大大地。把“大大地”划上荧光笔。
The pupils do their homework. 小学生做作业。作业做的怎么样呢?
The pupils do their homework neatly. 作业做的整整齐齐。把“整整齐齐”划上荧光笔。
孩子一边听妈妈念,一边用荧光笔,划出英语“副词”。孩子会感觉到:“副词(ADJECTIVES)”让动词“更加具体、更加生动”。
开始练习喽!
一、让孩子拿着荧光笔。
二、给孩子看看下面 5 组句子,让孩子用荧光笔,划出正确的“副词”。
① 我喜欢彼得。彼得经常怎样同我说话呢?
I like Peter. He talks to me(politely / rudely).
② 下雨了,我们不能外出。雨下的怎么样呢?
It is raining(lightly / heavily). We cannot go out.
③ 爷爷在睡觉。旁边的人该怎么样聊天呢?
Grandpa is sleeping. Please talk(loudly / softly).
④ 一群女孩在操场叽叽喳喳,她们玩的怎么样呢?
The girls are in the field. They are playing(noisily / quietly).
⑤ 受到惊吓的小猴子,是怎么样爬到树上去的呢?
The monkey is frightened. It is climbing up the tree(quickly / slowly).
三、对对答案。
孩子应该像下面这样,选出合情合理的副词,并划上荧光笔。
① 我喜欢彼得。彼得经常怎样同我说话呢?
I like Peter. He talks to me(politely / rudely).
② 下雨了,我们无法外出。雨下的怎么样呢?
It is raining(lightly / heavily). We cannot go out.
③ 爷爷在睡觉。旁边的人该怎么样聊天呢?
Grandpa is sleeping. Please talk(loudly / softly).
④ 一群女孩在操场叽叽喳喳,她们玩的怎么样呢?
The girls are in the field. They are playing(noisily / quietly).
⑤ 受到惊吓的小猴子,是怎么样爬到树上去的呢?

四、对完答案之后,让孩子把上面 5 句英文,朗读两遍。
